- District 10 Rapid Response Congressional Coordinator Training On January 5, 2010, USW Local 2599, Bethlehem, Pa, hosted the District 10 Rapid Response Congressional Coordinator Training. The purpose of the training was to provide the Rapid Response Congressional Coordinators with a “Members Only Web Site.”
