Within the shadows of the U.S. Steel plant in Granite City, Ill., is the site of a new movie theater which is under construction. The unique feature about this theater is the tremendous amount of steel that has been used in constructing it. The exterior of the building will incorporate elements of exposed steel beams in "bent plates" to represent the foundation of steel manufacturing that built this historic community.
