The United Steelworkers (USW) today endorsed the efforts of the citizens group, United Wisconsin, to recall Gov. Scott Walker.

United Wisconsin said that it will lead efforts to recall Gov. Walker. Petitions for signature collection will begin circulating on Nov. 15. The group will have 60 days to collect at least 540,208 signatures.

“The public has been waiting patiently to have its say about the governor’s policies since he didn’t want to include public input while he used his office weaken public sector bargaining,” said USW District 2 Director Mike Bolton.
