Progressive talk show host Leslie Marshall discussed with United Steelworkers (USW) President Leo W. Gerard the results in Wisconsin's recent election, Scott Walker's "achievements" while in office, the influence on voting from Super PACs, the effect of Chinese exports on America and the rest of the world.

Gerard and Marshall discussed how pundits are trying to play the Wisconsin vote as a loss for labor. Leo pointed out that Wisconsin election was more about big money, its influence on the election and the people not liking mid-term recall elections over policy issues.

When they discussed Walker's dismal record on jobs and the tax breaks for Wisconsin companies, Gerard had this advice for the governor, "He's now got 2 years into his term almost and he hasn't created any jobs with those tax cuts. So wouldn't the prudent thing to say now is 'I was wrong and I'm going to take those tax cuts back because you guys didn't create any jobs and I'm going to put them back into hiring teachers and schools so the kids can get the most attention.'"

Gerard talked about the secret outside money being spent by groups where there are no controls. "You don't know who they are. You don't know how much they have put in and you don't know what their next strategy is."

They went on to discuss how China is throwing goods through exports at America and the world to keep Chinese workers employed.
