Ardagh Bargaining Update: March 12, 2019

With only three days of scheduled negotiations remaining, Ardagh continues to propose deep cuts:

• Premium Pay – major cuts
• Mandatory work on 11 holidays
• Random Drug Testing
• Insurance – increased deductible, co-pays and weekly employee premiums
• Vacations – Eliminate pay in advance option and take vacation time to cover FMLA leaves
• Wages – 1% increase over term of the Agreement

We need to show Ardagh that we support our bargaining committee as they reject these concessions.

Thursday is Solidarity Day. We must show Ardagh that these concessions are unacceptable. We need everyone to participate. Your local union leadership will provide more details about how you can participate.
