Opening Day at the 2016 United Steelworkers International Women’s Conference

It was registration day at the Wyndham Grand in Pittsburgh for hundreds of United Steelworker women who are here to attend the 2016 International Women of Steel Conference.

A hallway of exhibits and booths were set up with everything from buttons, clothes and games to information on women’s issues or a place to take their picture to show they are “Stepping Up,” which is the theme of the 4-day conference.

The afternoon agenda consisted of District Meetings for delegates to meet with District Directors, representatives and other members from their area.
