Where do you work and what do you do? 

I’m an inspector at a glass factory. We make pickle jars, canning jars, etc. 

Is this your first time at Convention? What are you looking forward to the most? 

It’s my first-ever convention. I’m just looking forward to the experience and networking with fellow members.  I’ve heard great things about Convention from members who came before. 

What does it mean to you to be “All In”? 

I do try to be all in at our local and help people when I can. To me, it means to be fully committed to the union. 

What makes you proud to be union? 

It’s a generational thing. My family all retired from the glass factory. Being young and being around the union as a kid, going to all the events, and now, taking it on myself—that’s pretty cool.
