Is there an interesting fact about your work or local? 

I and my fellow workers at Dupont make windshield glue – we’re the people who hold your cars together. 

Do you serve in any roles in your local? 

I’ve been a unit president and local treasurer for about 7 years. 

What does “All In” mean to you? 

“All In” means we’re committed to this. These aren’t just platitudes; these are actions we’re going to take to expand our tent and expand our commitments. 

Are there any issues that will top of mind for you in your next contract? 

Right now, we’re looking at global trade as well as wages and benefits. We want to make sure everyone gets the best wages possible. 

Why are unions important? 

At the end of the day, we rise together. Unions give us the best chance to get the best outcome for everyone. 

What makes you proud to be a USW member? 

We aren’t just steel; we’re every industry across the U.S. and Canada. We’re doing the best we can for working people, and that’s a great thing.
