Welcome to the 2024 National Oil Bargaining Program (NOBP) Conference, “Power in Unity!” which will be held Sept. 17-19 in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Please be sure to make appropriate arrangements for a complete delegation to attend the conference as we'll be electing the NOBP Policy Committee and Alternates. The term of the Committee and Alternates starts at the conclusion of the conference and ends upon completion of the NOBP Negotiations in January 2026.
Conference registration
Please register online, by mail, or by fax before August 1, 2024. The registration fee is $225.00 per delegate.
Checks should be made payable to USW Secretary-Treasurer and include NOBP Conference on the memo line. Please mail checks to: USW International Union Attn: Julie Lidstone 60 Blvd of the Allies Pittsburgh, PA 15222.

Hotel and Travel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square. Attendees should make their hotel reservations on-line here or by calling 412-261-2000 and asking for the “USW Oil Conference.”
The room rate is $159.00 a night plus tax. A credit card will be needed to reserve the room. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. If a reservation must be canceled, please do so 48 hours before arrival or your credit card will be charged.
Hotel parking is available in the parking garage and will cost $34.00/day. In cooperation with Direct Travel, we have made special arrangements for air transportation to the conference. Reservations may be made by calling 1-877-499-1149 and selecting prompt “4” (group meetings). When calling, please identify yourself as a participant in the 2024 NOBP Conference. Please call between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday; otherwise, an after-hours transaction fee of $16.00 will apply if the call.
In accordance with our established policy, the International Union will not be responsible for the cost of delegate(s) participation. Your local union must bear any expenses for attendance, including airfare and hotel fees.
Schedule
Registration: Conference registration will take place on Monday, September 16, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, September 17, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 17: General Session will begin at 9:00 a.m. NOBP Region meetings, workshops, and a Policy Committee and Alternates meeting are scheduled throughout the day, followed by an evening reception.
Wednesday, Sept. 18: Workshops are scheduled in the morning, followed by a General Session in the afternoon.
Thursday, Sept. 19: Council meetings are scheduled for the day. Please watch for your Council Meeting Call-Letter.
