CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
All local unions and units with public employees are invited to send as many representatives as you’d like. We encourage locals to send members who work in the public sector.
The Conference Registration Fee is $150, which includes continental breakfast and lunch. This fee helps defray some of the cost of the conference.
You must send a hardcopy of your completed registration form and registration fee to:

HOTEL INFORMATION
A block of rooms has been reserved for all attendees at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown, 600 Commonwealth Place, Pittsburgh Pa 15222-1003. To reserve your room, please call 412-594-2266 or to reserve on line, click here.
Be sure to identify yourself as attending the USW Public Employee Conference 2017.
The Conference hotel room rate is $110 per night + tax, a first night deposit is required. The cut-off date to receive this discounted room rate is January 6th. After this date the hotel will accept reservations on an availability-only basis.
AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION
We have made arrangements for booking air travel to the conference with Professional Travel. For airline reservations call Professional Travel at 1-877-499-1149 and then press 4, please identify yourself as attending the Public Employee Conference and refer to Group Code 116-17-PITUS. The name of the event is “Public Employee 2018.” As always, the lowest fares are available only to those booking two weeks or more in advance of your first flight.
In accordance with our established policy, the International Union is not responsible for the cost of conference participation and the local must bear the expenses related to attending.
