District 11 2019 Collective Bargaining Conference

-

In order to improve the collective bargaining efforts of our union, a Collective Bargaining Conference will be held January 15-17, 2019 at the Doubletree Bloomington-Minneapolis South in Bloomington, Minnesota.

This conference is for all local unions whose contracts expire between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020. It will be the responsibility of each local to decide how many delegates to send, but it is strongly encouraged, at a minimum, the President or Unit President and the Grievance Chair of each affected contract to participate.

This training is a valuable tool in preparing your bargaining committees for negotiations and we urge your local union to take advantage of this opportunity. We hope to see you in Bloomington in January.
