As you may recall from a February Info Alert, the Administration fired National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Member Gwynne Wilcox without cause, leaving the NLRB unable to fully function in enforcing labor laws. However, on March 6, a federal judge ruled the firing illegal and reinstated Ms. Wilcox to the Board. While this ruling is a major victory for workers, the fight isn’t over as the Administration has already appealed the decision.
