Minnesota anti-worker lawmakers are at it again. This time, they want to EXCLUDE UNION MEMBERS from the Paid Leave program we fought tooth and nail to win.

We secured Paid Family & Medical Leave in 2023 to ensure every Minnesotan can take time to care for a newborn, support a sick family member, or recover from illness or injury without sacrificing a paycheck. This program is set to take effect on January 1, 2026, but now, anti-worker legislators are trying to rip it away from us.

We cannot let them get away with this. This is a direct attack on union families, and we need to show up and fight back.
