Education and Membership Development

The Department of Education and Membership Development offers online and in-person courses on a wide range of topics related to union leadership, local union administration, grievance handling, collective bargaining, and more.

Knowledge is power—on the shop floor and at the bargaining table. And when we educate our members and staff, we arm them with the tools they need not only to improve their own living and working conditions but to build a stronger labor movement for generations to come.
