Engaging with elected officials is one of the most powerful ways to create change. Constituents bring attention to issues and heavily influence lawmakers. The more people involved, the greater the impact!

Sending a prewritten email to your elected officials:

Access the action link

Rapid Response provides a direct link to the action – simply click the link or scan the QR code on the Action Call.

Enter your information

You’ll be asked for your name, address, and zip code. This information is essential for identifying the correct officials.

Choose a topic or issue

You may be prompted to select a topic for your email to the elected official. Pick the topic that best matches the issue at hand.

Send your email

Once you’re happy with your message, click Send. You will see a screen that confirms your message has been delivered.

 

Certain actions may require you to send messages to multiple elected officials. The process is the same, but you may have to select a topic or issue each time.
