A number of allied organizations have extensive resources online on Union Co-op background, history, and how-to manuals:

• Co-op Cincy’s Resources page includes links to their Co-op U Manual, their Worker Owner Workbook, their illustrated guide to Co-op Bylaws, other how-to resources, and more information on the Mondragon cooperatives. 
• Worx Printing has put together a history of Unions and Co-ops with links to additional information, as well as an overview of 10 Co-op Principles inspired by Mondragon.
• The Union Co-ops Council (UCC) of the US Federation of Worker Cooperatives has an extensive list of additional resources and articles here.
• 1worker1vote was founded in 2014 to advocate for Union Co-ops generally as well as a vehicle for the USW and Mondragon partnership specifically.
• The Keystone Development Center, a non-profit organization engaged in various types of cooperative development in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware, offers a series of online Co-op Academy seminars.
• The Austin Cooperative Business Association recently published a zine called “A Conversation Guide to Unions and Worker Cooperatives” in English and Spanish.
