Fellesforbundet is Norway’s largest union in the private sector, organizing blue-collar workers in industry, transport, construction, hospitality, graphic, green and blue sectors. He also works on issues like industrial democracy and cooperation projects for increased productivity, and was last year acting head of the policy department of Fellesforbundet.
