Tamas is a 1998 graduate of Corvinus University of Budapest in Organization Management and Economics. He represents the Hungarian Chemicals Trade Union (VDSZ) at Hungarian, European, and International levels. He is a member of the Executive Committee at IndustriALL Europe and IndustriALL Global Unions, as well as the recipient of a 2025 Ambassador of Humanism Award.
