Where do you work and what do you do? 

I work at Hexcel in commercial aerospace and space defense. 

What’s something interesting about your job or workplace? 

There are so many different processes that go into what we do, it’s amazing how it’s all put together. 

Why is convention so important? 

We’re seeing in real time what’s going on in this country and how unions are being impacted. It’s important for us to get together here now. 

What does “All In” mean to you? 

It means we’ve been punched pretty hard, so it’s time we stop talking and punch back. 

What makes you proud to be in a union? 

Knowing I have a voice in my workplace conditions and my wages. 

Is there an issue that will top of mind for you going into your next contract negotiations? 

The impact of tariffs, for sure. Most companies are global and we’re already seeing the impacts at my workplace.
