Celebrating International Women’s Day by continuing our fight for gender equity

Today, we’re affirming our commitment to advancing equality in workplaces and communities across the world. We’re celebrating both International Women’s Day and 100 years since the 19th Amendment granted American women the right to vote.

We recognize that labor unions have an important role to play in the continued fight against discrimination, wage inequality and gender-based violence.
