Mayor: Indianapolis recovering $1.2M from Carrier

Carrier Corp., which will lay off 1,400 Indianapolis-based workers in the next three years and send those jobs to Mexico, repaid a $1.2 million tax incentive package it received from the city in 2011.  The city plans to establish a fund to help the displaced workers.
