BETHLEHEM — Democrat Katie McGinty continued her attack on Republican Pat Toomey's economic policy during a Lehigh Valley visit Tuesday, calling him arrogant and out of touch.
McGinty, who spoke to about 60 people at the United Steelworkers Union Hall in Bethlehem, assailed Toomey for his experience in the banking industry and his past work in Hong Kong, which she said has led him as a senator to be too soft on China.
