Are you new to all things social media and web? Don’t worry!

Visit the Connect Café in the exhibit hall to get hands-on social media and website trainings from the union’s best communicators. Choose from a variety of trainings that include Facebook for beginners, what a hashtag is, how to start a free local union website, tagging someone on Instagram and many more.

No need to bring a computer; Connect Café is equipped with computers and iPads already connected to the internet so you can jump right in. If you’d like to know more about Instagram, you’ll need to bring your smartphone since that social media network is available only on mobile devices.
