Contract Negotiations Coming
Building a Communication & Action Team
Our negotiations team and local activists attended a building power workshop to prepare for our negotiations.
Our Local Union is forming a Communication and Action Team (CAT) to share information, get feedback from our members and plan solidarity activities. Our goal is to have CAT Members on every shift and every area.
CAT Members will get information from the Bargaining Committee and make sure it reaches all of our members. They will also take your feedback and questions back to the Bargaining Committee.
CAT Members serve as a link between our Local Union Leaders and our Members. Through the CAT we will aim to share important updates about bargaining and Local Union activities.
The CAT Team is made up of volunteers who want to help build solidarity in our Local Union. Most CAT Team activities will happen at work. If you’re interested in getting involved, contact our CAT Coordinator Caroline!
