Summary of the Tentative Agreement between USW and Harley-Davidson
After six weeks of tough bargaining we reached a tentative agreement with Harley-Davidson that aims to make up for years of stagnant wages, makes significant progress in closing the two-tier gap and improves benefits.
Our goal throughout these negotiations has been to fight for a contract that honors your skill, dedication, hard work and the sacrifices we’ve all made to keep this company afloat.
The proposed, tentative agreement includes:

- 29% wage increases for Tier 2, over length of contract (5 years)
