We have reserved a block of rooms at these two hotels that are a short walk from where the convention will be held at Caesars Forum Convention Center. Please use the above link to reserve at convention rates. If you do not use this link, you will not get the reduced block price.

Both Harrah's and Flamingo Hotels strongly recommend that reservations be made online and charges be paid via credit card. The deadline to book hotel reservations is February 25, 2025. The nightly rate at Harrah’s is $165.00, the nightly rate at the Flamingo is $160.00 for single or double occupancy. All rooms are subject to a $25.00 per night resort fee. Currently the room tax is 13.38% per night. If you are unable to make reservations on-line or need to pay for your accommodations via check, please contact Harrah’s or the Flamingo Hotel at 1-800-223-7277 and an agent will assist you.

Please be aware that any payments by check must be made out to the hotel in which the reservations are being made and must be received by the hotel no later than March 3, 2025. Checks should include the name(s) and confirmation code(s) and be mailed to:

Download the 2025 Convention Call Letter

The opening session will begin at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 7, 2025. It is anticipated that the official business of the Convention will conclude by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Please schedule your travel arrangements to be in attendance until the work of the Convention is completed.

Article VI of the Constitution sets out the rules and procedures for the Convention, including the number of delegates per Local, the eligibility of members to be elected as delegates, the completion of the Credentials, the return of Credentials to the International Secretary-Treasurer, the contest of a delegate’s Credentials and the submission of resolutions to the Convention for consideration.

It is important that you refer to your copy of the Constitution of the International Union and make yourself familiar with the rules and procedures found in Article VI. If you do not have a copy of the Constitution, you may obtain one by calling the Local Union Services Department at 412-562-2380.
