Oh, No, Not this Guy Again: Winners and Losers of the Week

Loser: Scott Walker, who is in trouble, as usual. Last week, it was revealed that one of his aides got a state job that included 31% higher pay than the previous person to hold the job and that the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, which he oversees, has been using taxpayer funds to give companies loans to move jobs overseas.

Runner-Up: Arkansas, for being named by the Fiscal Times as the state facing the worst infrastructure woes if Congress doesn’t step up and increase highway spending. Kind of an important problem for not only jobs in the state, but for working families in general.
