A Future for Workers: A Contribution from Black Workers

A group of labor leaders, activists, and scholars, including USW Vice President (Human Affairs) Fred Redmond, met to discuss the current and future outlook of the Labor Movement. For months they met, debated and dialogued on the direction this movement.

Their report, A Future for Workers:  A Contribution from Black Workers outlines the state of Labor and a course of action that is not only obtainable but necessary for our vitality.  This report has been shared with the leadership of the Labor Movement from the AFL-CIO to Change to Win.  Please read it and share with your membership.
