Rove’s Insane Ravings

“Well, maybe he should run for the presidency.” I suggested, “After all, Reagan made it.”  That raises another question:  “If, indeed, Mrs. Clinton has
brain damage, shouldn’t the Republicans find her as desirable a candidate as they found Reagan?”
 
So how will we know if Mrs. Clinton has permanent brain damage?  If she, like Ronald Reagan, switches parties, that should be a pretty clear indication that Rove is right.
