Rapid Response will hold an Effective Lobbying Class and our annual Lobby Day on February 5-6, 2025. The class will begin at 9 a.m. February 5 at the Embassy Suites Coldstream in Lexington, and the lobby portion of the event will be at the Capitol in Frankfort, KY on February 6.
We have set up a block of rooms at the rate of $149.00 a night. The deadline for booking in the block is January 5, 2025, please inform the hotel you are with the USW.

This year the district will provide District 8 Rapid Response pullover shirts at the event to those who complete and submit registration forms no later than 30 days in advance.
Please have each attendee fill out the attached form and send to your Sub-District Office by Thursday January 6, 2025 to be eligible for the polo.

In keeping with the established policy, the Local Union will be responsible for lost time and expenses for all members attending.
Breakfast will be provided daily for overnight guests of the Embassy Suites. Lunch will be provided February 5 at the Embassy Suites and February 6 at the Capitol.
