WHPP: The Worker Health Protection Program

The Worker Health Protection Program (WHPP) is a program sponsored by the Dept. of Energy to detect and address health problems of DOE workers. Through the years, these workers have been exposed to hazardous and unsafe conditions which have lead to different types of cancers, respiratory diseases and other serious ailments. Thanks to this program, some employees will receive compensation and treatment for these conditions.
