BARGAINING SURVEYS HELP SET OUR AGENDA

Thank you to everyone who filled out a bargaining survey. Through these surveys you told us the issues that matter to YOU!

Your feedback, as well as an analysis of local issues like grievances, safety and staffing, have been critical to helping us develop our bargaining agenda. 

Over the past month, each local has been in discussions with local management over issues specific to your facility and unit.

Now, we’re getting ready to go to the master bargaining table where we negotiate major economic items together with all of the USW-represented hot end and cold end units at Ardagh.

Each Local Union sends representatives to the negotiations. There will be a union-only meeting for final preparations on February 27 before bargaining begins on February 28.
