Tahinna Aguayo- International Staff Representative and Lead Negotiator
- Tahinna, commonly known as “Tye” has been active in our Union in the Glass industry for over 20 years! She recently took a job as staff rep supporting USW locals throughout Southern California. Prior to this she had an internship in Organizing new members into our union and Strategic Campaigns where she worked with USW locals across the country facing tough bargaining.
Luis Duenas- Local Union President
- Luis has worked at Memorial for over 13 years. Eight of those years as an officer of the Local Union. He is an Endoscopy Technician in GI Services with ten years’ experience. This will be his second round of negotiations.
Jeremy Cly- Local Union Vice President
- Jeremy is the newly elected Vice President and comes with over 16 years with Union experience. He has worked for Compass 2 and ½ years as an EVS Technician. He recently bargained the contract for Compass One workers at LBMMC that included significant wage increases for employees in addition to other gains.
Arthur Nshanian- Local Union Trustee
- Arthur or “Art” has worked at Memorial for over 6 years in Surgery Services. He is an Anesthesia Technician in the OR and is also the Local Union Trustee helping to ensure that all of our local’s resources are used appropriately and according to our constitution and bylaws.
