The solidarity and support keeps pouring in for United Steelworker members who are in an unfair labor practice strike (ULP) with the oil industry. The most recent show of unity comes from the NFL Players Association and their unwavering support for our members in the oil industry.
“Stand your ground and your victory will be a victory for us all,” wrote NFLPA, Executive Director DeMaurice F. Smith. “I think your USW Battle Cry is more appropriate now than ever before: One Day Longer, One Day Stronger!”
Most, if not all of the supporters, recognize their fight for worker safety and to prevent community disasters. Below are just some of the organizations who have shown their support with letter or photos.
