We want to make sure it is CRYSTAL CLEAR – under management’s proposal, there is no guaranteed wage increase for ANY employee. That means that at the end of the day, if your manager decides you are not “performing to their standards” you could walk away with no wage increase!
You are smart enough to know when management has control, their priority is to improve their profits, not show appreciation to their employees. We will not play in their thinly veiled attempt to divide workers.
